Everything is technically extensive and well-equipped – there is a dishwasher, a washing machine, a stove as well as a microwave in the fitted kitchen. There is also a spacious eating space for 4 people in the kitchen.
In the spacious bathroom you can both have a shower and have a bath.

Right in the middle but still secluded. Very bright 2 room-flat in the heart of the city, directly at the subway station Spittelmarkt. You cannot get more central than that. Friedrichstrasse, Gendarmenmarkt, Rotes Rathaus, Alexanderplatz, the Fernsehturm ( TV-tower), Fischerinsel, Schlossplatz and Nikolaiviertel – everything within walking distance.
Directly in front of the house there is the subway stop of the subway line 2. With it you quickly reach many more tourist highlights, such as the Potsdamer Platz, Prenzlauer Berg with the famous Schönhauser Allee, the Zoologischer Garten, the KaDeWe and even the Olympic Stadium. Everything can be reached quickly and without changing trains. Furthermore, there is a big junction which is each 3 stops away – on the one hand Alexanderplatz, on the other hand Potsdamer Platz. This way you also have an excellent connection to the main-line railway and to the airports as well. |
