Prenzlauer Berg district is situated in the north-eastern part of the city and represents nowadays a cultural point of attraction for young people and artists, with numerous bars, restaurants, cafés, galleries, exhibitions and night life. It is possible to visit in the area the most important and ancient buildings of Berlin, such as the Kulturbrauerei, the Synagogue in Rykestraße, the Planetary Carl-Zeiss, the Velodrom or Ernst-Thälmann park.
Numerous shopping opportunities close to the lively cultural-, scenic- and night life directly before the door.
You meet the typical mixture of antiques, countless cafe`s and a multitude of restaurants, art shops, galeries, antiquities and small businesses. Many small and medium shops close by entice to diversified shopping sprees.
Other transport
In Berlin you find a very dense public transportation net. Many sights are directly and rapidly accessible. Because of the central location most guests leave their cars parked or do not even bring it along at all. The apartment lies directly at U-train station Schönhauser Allee. Several underground-, metro-, tram- and buslines are in the direct surroundings.
The connections with the U-Bahn and the S-Bahn are excelent. You have a direct access to the circle line who connect with all important junctions.
With the underground line U2 you will find all touristic attractions on one line – without changing means of transport. The U2 line offers direct connection with: Alexanderplatz, Sony Center, Zoological Garden, KaDeWe, Brandenburg Gate, government district and even the Olympic Stadium.
With the metro line S1 isn’t even Potsdam and Wannsee really very far.

The bright old apartment is located in the first floor of a classic Berlin Wilhelminian style building. The wooden floors and the modern, cosy furniture create a very special ambiente. The equipment with completed by a well-equipped kitchen.
In the living room a cosy sofa corner invites you to relax after your eventful excursion through the city. A flatscreen TV with DVD player and a big comfortable double bed finish the equipment. The sofa you can really easy channel into a comfortable doubel bed.
The second room accommodates another double bed and a wardrobe. In the common room you will find a big dining table.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you will need during your stay: mini-stove, microwave, fridge with freezer box, glasses and dishes, cutleries, coffee maker, toaster and necessary utilities can be used for preparing a quick breakfast as well as an opulent meal. Moreover, you will find here a flatiron and ironing board.
The bathroom has been tiled recently and is furnitured with a WC, basin, a Bathtub and shower. Towels and bed linen are included, of course.
All over the apartment you can use wireless internet if you bring your own computer.
